He is survived by: his wife Christina Beth Haggerty; his sons, Richard Theodore Haggerty III, Robert Haggerty (Samantha) and Shawn Haggerty (Angela); his grandchildren, Rinie Smith, Jericho and Josiah Haggerty; his sisters, Patty Dean, Donna Haggerty and Lori Speir; and his half-brother Sonny Prohaska.
