She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbin Lewis and Nadine Day Lewis; her brother Ralph Lewis; and her nieces, Bobbie Jo Dubree and Cierra Bragg.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Starr (Timothy); her sisters, Barbara Matthews (David) and Janet Sadler; and her nephews, Brian Sadler and Cayne Elmore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
