He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl O'Byrn and Betty O'Byrn; his wife Rita; and his siblings, Dan, Allan O'Byrn and Geraldine Woehnker.
He is survived by: his son Joseph O'Byrne (Jennifer) of Lady Lake, Florida; his siblings, Lionel O'Byrn of Glasgow, Kentucky, Edna Mitowski of Rutland and Mary Wood of Quechee, Vermont; and his friends, Rick and Sandy Curry of Lady Lake, Florida.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
