She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Humble Scott and Cinda Rella Crawford; her former husband Clifton Chambers; her husband Johnny Shaw; her siblings, Thelma Maxey, James Terry Scott and Bobby Clark Scott; and her stepson Jason Thomas Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky London (Randell), Kimberly Mosby (Ricky), Sherri Likens (Scott) and Jeffery Scott Chambers (Barbara); her stepson Steven Shaw; her grandchildren, Tori Thompson (Trevor), Tiffany Moore, Jama Maldonado and Noah Chambers (Autumn); and her sister Prudie Bishop (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
