She was predeceased by: her parents, George Young and Alma Young; her husband Wendell Scott; her grandchildren, Gregory Roach and Patricia Scott; her son-in-law Ronnie Wilson; and her sisters, Verla, Marie, Rita and Merlene.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lyle, Bonnie Wilson, Diane Martin, Shelia McCoy (Tommy), Roger Scott (Velvet) and Pattie Sewell (Chris); her grandchildren, Kelley Dalton, Heather Seiner, Tonya Smith, Stephanie Logsdon, Daniel Wilson, Angela Baker, Brandy Thurman, Lindsay Roberts, John Scott, Brandon Kelly, Bradley Swafford, Jason Swafford, Austin England, Drake McCoy, Colton Thurman, Alexis Evans, Ricky Neal, Christy Decker and Allen Sewell; and her brother Bobby Young. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
