He was predeceased by: his father Merle Austin Frost. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Jane Frost (Snyder) of Tompkinsville; his wife Beth Collins; his daughter Lily Mae Collins Frost of Glasgow; his siblings, Shasta Dawn Wilson (Shawn) of Portland and Steven Frost (Robyn) of Benton; and his nieces and nephews, Damon, Logan Wilson, Cody Frost, Kristin and Stephanie Frost.
