She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shives and Katie Lacy; her stepfather Johnny Lacy; her former husband Paul Hammer; her husband Larry Perkins; and her granddaughter Chelsea Manning.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Manning (Chris) and Bart Hammer (Heather); her grandchildren, Jacob Manning (Mackenzie), Tyler Hammer (Tessa) and Hadleigh Moore (Josiah); her great grandchildren, Nolan, Collins and Grady; and her sister-in-law Nancy Garrett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens (1504 Happy Valley Rd, Glasgow, KY 42141).
