She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Polson and Leona Ellis Polson; her husband Gaylord Jewell Bunch; her son Jerry Wayne Bunch; and her siblings, Doris Barrick and Charles Polson.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Bunch (Connie) of Glasgow and Larry Bunch (Linda) of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Brian Bunch (Marcia) of Glasgow, Mark Bunch of Glasgow, Dru Bunch of Cave City and Katie Bunch of Owensboro; her stepgrandchildren, Jessie Barton of Glasgow and Chandra Key of Bowling Green; and her sister Betty Saltsman. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
