With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lazar C. Beaty of Glasgow, Kentucky, born in Waverly, Florida, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lazar C. Beaty to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee and Evelyn Davis Beaty; his former wife Elsie Blevins Beaty; his brothers, Harold, Rodney and Edward Beaty; and his son-in-law Barry Ferren.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hamilton Beaty; his children, Suzette Ferren, Roxanne Pierce (David) and Kevin Beaty (Lisa) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Morris (Wes) of Murfreesboro, TN, Justin Beaty (Jaeden Stephens) of Glasgow and Luke Pierce of Glasgow; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Grady and Lucy Morris. He is also survived by three stepchildren, eight step grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Glasgow Baptist Church or to Glasgow Kiwanis Club.
