He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Groce McGuire; his sister Ann Starr; his stepdaughter Rhonda Morrison (Chris); his stepson-in-law Andy Kilbourne; his nephews, Brian Starr (Cathy) and Timothy Starr (Ashley); his great-nephews, Blake and Drew Starr; and his aunt Rebecca Carey.
