He was predeceased by: his father Walter Blackburn. He is survived by: his mother Tina Poindexter Evans; his girlfriend Lindsey Kidd; his stepchildren, Kellan and Kamden Kidd; his siblings, Alexis "Nikki" Sherfey (Kyle), Mark Blackburn and Casey Evans (Shelby); and his stepfather David Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
