She was predeceased by: her parents, Waller Shirley and Lilly Shirley (Cook); and her siblings, Guy F. Shirley, Gladys Keithley and Nell Shirley.
She is survived by: her husband Powell Gray; her children, Karen Wolfe (Gray) and Timothy Powell Gray; her grandchildren, Madison Gray Catanzaro, Jameson Gray, Jordan Wolfe and Emerson Gray; and her great grandchildren, Charles Floyd Catanzaro and James Powell Catanzaro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
