He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Smith McPeak and Gerald Ragle; his wife Rosie Likens; his sons, Joseph Likens, Bradley Ragle (Malishia) and Matthew Ragle (Mara); his grandchildren, Kristi Ragle (Brandon), Emma, Hunter, Jacob, Abby, Logan, Callie, Lily, Alejandro and Abel; and his siblings, Tommy Houchens (Sandy), Ernest, Timmy Likens, Dona Davenport (Bill), Rita Kelb (Ed) and Sharon Houchens.
