She is survived by: her husband Johnny Lewis; her son Jason Morgan; and her siblings, Mary Ann Birmingham of Eugene, Dorothy Goggins of Nashville and Sam Bush of Nashville. She is also survived by six grandsons; one granddaughter; one great-grandson; three great-granddaughters; two nieces.
