He was predeceased by: his parents, G. C. Webb and Louie Burks Webb; and his brother William Webb. He is survived by: his wife Freida Morris Webb; his children, Steve Webb (Lori) of Glasgow, Stacey Webb Bartlett (Mike) of Glasgow and Trina Webb Ramsey of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Emily Webb (Hugh Loeffler), Andrew Webb (Kara) and Cole Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Scott and Griffin Webb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that alternate expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Alzheimer's Association or to Hosparus Health of Barren River-Glasgow.
