She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Belcher and Lee Belcher (Kinslow); her husband William Tinsley (Bill); and her brother Chester Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Tinsley Martin and Donald J. Tinsley (Linda); her grandchildren, BJ Eaton (Joann) and Brenna Tinsley (Hayden); her great grandchild Austen Eaton (Morgan); and her great great grandchildren, Emma Eaton, Ellie Eaton and Greyson Eaton.
