He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth England Meadows; his children, Cindy Michelle Meadows of Glasgow, KY and Jeffery Scott Meadows (Michelle); his granddaughter Ashleigh Elizabeth Meadows of Glasgow, KY; and his great grandchild Braxton Scott Meadows.
