He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilcie B. Harlow and Alice Houchens Harlow; and his brothers, H. David Harlow and Walter M. Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Harlow; his daughters, Amanda Burnette (Kevin) and Phaedra Pippin (Larry); and his grandchildren, Garrett Pippin, Colin Pippin, Addizen Pippin and Kiersten Pippin.
