He is survived by: his children, Lesley Witcher of Prospect, KY, Wesley Witcher (Jonathan) of Los Angeles, Greg Deel (Brenda) of Louisiana and Jim Deel (Jeanette) of Delaware; his grandson Tyler Turriago-Witcher; his siblings, Marlin Witcher (Joyce) of Glasgow, Marvin Witcher (Janet) of Glasgow, Barry Witcher (Hazel) of Glasgow and Phyllis Catherine Ross of Hardyville; and his siblings-in-law, Malcolm Capps of Indianapolis and Frances Key of Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
