She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garland Kinslow and Alma Mary Moran Kinslow; and her siblings, Kathryn Witcher (Grayson), Bernice Williams, LeRoyce (Frances), Emery (Ramona) and Eldon Clay Kinslow.
She is survived by: her husband William Royce Garrett; her daughters, Alma Jo Fox (Thomas), Robin Gilbert Martin and Candi Norris; her brother Lem Kinslow (Linda); and her pets, Gigi and Shorty. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
