He is survived by: his wife Pat Chase; his daughter Amy Renee Chase Silbestre (Victor); his grandchildren, Victoria Leann Cardona (Anibal), Rosalyn Ruth (Andrew) and Victor Mateo Silbestre; and his great grandchildren, Felix Ruth, Oliver Ruth and Sofia Cardona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
