She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Riley and Dorothy McKinney; and her stepfather Joseph McKinney. She is survived by: her close friend Cindy Rutledge.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery (303 Leslie Ave, Glasgow, KY 42141).
Following Joy's love for animals, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Barren County Animal Shelter in her memory.
