He is survived by: his wife Patsye; his daughter Brianna; his great-nephew Remington; his siblings, Peggy Witty of Gainesville, FL, Marcia Eastin (Mark) of Bowling Green, Marita Lile (Jeff) of Glasgow, Lisa Travis (Scott) of Lexington, Jennie Dunn (Jeff) of Santa Fe, NM and Patrick Witty (Andrea) of Tulsa, OK; his sister-in-law Sue Frazier (Don) of Glasgow; and also, Dexter, Starr and Alfie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Melanoma Research Foundation.
