He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Buford and Ruth Grooms Buford. He is survived by: his wife Fostina R. Buford; his children, Charles R. Buford Jr. (Renz) of Tucker, GA, Bryan Buford (Jo Anna) of Glasgow, KY., Stephen Buford (Kisa) of Glasgow, KY and Carla Buford of Lexington, KY.; and his siblings, Linda Mae Buford of Glasgow, KY, Connie Buford of Louisville, KY., William E. Buford (Leda) of Louisville, KY, Willie D. Buford (Betty) and Clifton Buford of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
