He was predeceased by: his parents, Burgess Burchett and Birdie Burchett. He is survived by: his wife Genette Jones; his children, Mary Genice (Bryan Bower), Charles Richard and Stephen Dale (Ashley) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Kylie, Audrey Burchett, Jackson, Nick Bower, Leanne and Kate Burchett; and his siblings, Phyllis Coe and Ron (Beth) of Pike County.
