He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Hare and Zelma Morgan Hare; his son Scott Hare; his brother Larry Hare; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Broady and Mack Circle.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Turner Hare; his daughters, Candi Howard (Brian) and Lisa Robertson (Troy); his grandchildren, Stephen Howard, Blake Howard, Kaylie Goad Noah Howard (Colin), Will Robertson, Gracie Robertson, Truett Robertson, Destiny, Henry, Harmonie and Graceson; his great grandchild Cason Goad; his sisters, Lillian Broady, Linda Ford (Jim) and Gina Circle; and his sister-in-law Connie Hare. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
