He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Franklin and Bessie Parodine Fishburn Walker; his daughter Pamela Neal; and his brothers, Roy Walker, James Walker, David Walker and Edward Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Walker (Sara), Jason Walker (Michele) and Donna Winchester (Lonus); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Folden (Zack), Hailey Walker (Logan), Travis Walker (Cienna), Dakota Walker, Gracie Walker, Amanda Ballard, Ashley Emmitt (John), Tyler Neal and Hailey Neal; and his siblings, Wesley Walker, Eva Mae Emmitt (Earl) and Mildred Jines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
