With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bessie Martin of Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everrett Nantz and Virgie Mae Ferguson Nantz; and her brothers, Pete Nantz, Arnold Nantz and Bill Nantz.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Bailey and Richard "Ricky" Martin (Ann); her grandchildren, Stacy Martin, Chad Martin (Ginna), Christy Wall and Lacey Bailey; her great grandchildren, Nissa Gossett, Dessi Austin, Jr., Shelby Jenkins, Tristan Martin, Austin Martin, Dalton Bryant, Kayle Rhinehart, Ava Wall and Ellie Wall; her brother Jimmy Nantz (Lisa); and her close friend Gene Cahill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
