She was predeceased by: her parents, Rossel Mayo and Verda Anderson Mayo; and her husband Kenneth C. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Robbie L. Cudnik (Bill) of Indiana, Kim G. Cox (Eldon) of Indiana, Leonard Frankie Houchens (Paula) of Arizona and David L. Houchens (Wendy) of Glasgow; her stepchildren, Kenneth Smith of Hopkinsville and Cindy Deckard (Billy) of Glasgow; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Crews (Gary) of Glasgow, Mary Houchens McPeak of Glasgow, Diana Smith York (Larry) of Glasgow and Ila Vay France of Indiana. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
