She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Shubert; her husband Michael David Smith; and her stepson Michael David Smith, II. She is survived by: her mother Delores Carroll Galloway (Thomas); her sons, Griffin Smith and Hunter Smith (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Ada Smith and Aubry Smith; her brother Greg Shubert (Tina); and her stepdaughter Tiffany Bourne (Judd). She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
