He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Smith and Flossie Deaton Smith; and his brother Kenneth Ray Smith. He is survived by: his sister Janet Smith of Girdler; his former wife Penny Smith of Artemus; his stepchildren, Brittany Smith (Josh Williamson) of London, Nathan Daniels (Brittany) of Girdler, Eric Daniels and Adam Smith of Hinkle; and his stepgrandchildren, Noah Williams, Aubrey and Franklin Daniels.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
