He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smith; his sons, Jason Smith (Cher) and Samuel Smith (Sydena); his sisters, Georgie Smith (Estil), Faye Merida (Leamon) and Janice Warren (Walt Road); his grandchildren, Tyler Stewart (Tiffany), Jacob Stewart, Samuel Bailey (Shelby), Alex Smith, Kristen Smith, Trevor Smith, Parker Smith, Emma and Reagan Jones; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Sizemore and Branson Stewart.
