He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chadwell and Anita Chadwell; his brother Larry Chadwell; his father-in-law Russell Smith; his sister-in-law Missy Jones; and his nephew Dustin Chadwell.
He is survived by: his wife Sherri Chadwell of Girdler; his children, Kenneth Daniel Chadwell (Tiffany) of Cannon, Braxton Chadwell of Girdler and Sasha Jackson of Girdler; his siblings, Ralph Donald Chadwell Jr. (Debbie) of Cranes Nest, Christopher Chadwell (Heather) of Girdler, Cathy Stovall (Charles) of Girdler, Lisa Carmack (Wendell) of Manchester and Teresa Bingham (Mike) of Bimble; and his grandchildren, Christian, Kirstan, Perry, Emily, Porcia and Karissa.
