He is survived by: his daughter Crystal West (James West); his grandson Conor L. West of Barbourville; his siblings, R. J. Mills (Odie Mae), Clark Mills (Jamie) of Girdler, KY, Nadine Elliot (Lonnie) of Barbourville, Lena Garrison (Wayne) of Barbourville, Georgia Carter of Barbourville and Geneda Garland of Harlan; and his sister-in-law Thelma Gilliam.
