He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Barger and Mary Ana Pash Barger; his siblings, John, Jim, Tom Barger and Nancy Davis; and his parents-in-law, Lillie Jones Carty and Gene Carty.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Carty Barger of Girdler; his daughter Amber Lily Barnett (Zac) of Huntsville; his grandson Wade Charles Barnett of Huntsville; and his siblings, Gene Barger (Margaret) of Huntsville and Connie Barger of Lakeland.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in honor of Charlie can be made to the American Heart Association, Kidney Foundation, Diabetes Foundation and Disabled American Veterans (DAV), as listed below.
