He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Jordan and Della Bright Jordan Smith; his wife Alma Smith; and his siblings, Evelyn Jordan, Bernice Broughton, Ilene Irvin and Buford Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Turner of Girdler, Deloris Lawrence (Royce) of Shepherdsville and Arvil David Jordan (Jennifer) of Turkey Creek; his siblings, Wanda Hammons of Bailey Switch, Grover Jordan Jr. of Taylormill and Landon Smith (Jennifer) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Justin Blevins, Mindy Medlin, Katie Johnson (Cody), Taylor Jordan and Jeremy Lawrence (Ashlee); and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Jaxon, Oliver, Brewer and Mayley.
