He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Johnson and Francine Bryan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Johnson; his stepchildren, Tammy Bentle (Greg) of Ashland, KY, David Edwards of Grand Rivers, KY and Bryan Edwards (Stephanie) of Benton, KY; his siblings, Bonnie Johnson of Gilbertsville and T. J. Johnson of Gilbertsville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Siberian Husky and Kope. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
