She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Smith. She is survived by: her husband Dan Pennington; her children, Donnie Pennington, Cassey Pennington Reagan Pennington, Bobby Taylor and Wendy Delph; and her father Robert Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
