He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Montgomery Knick. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Moore of Cahokia, IL., Melissa Colson of Benton, KY. and Julia Mcintosh of Benton, KY.. He is also survived by three brothers; one sister; ten grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
