It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Evans (Gilbertsville, Kentucky), born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on April 25, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Edgar H. Moore. She is survived by: her husband Ed Evans; her children, Nikki Stempfley and Angie Davis (Joe); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Joey (Ashley), Zack (Emily), Chase and Karaline; her great grandchildren, Eddy, Aubrey, Carter and Tristan; and her siblings, Patty Sorrell, Suzanne James, Norma Armstrong (Gary) and Larry Moore.
In lieu of flowers, Jeanette would desire for donations to be made in support of her grandchildren's medical needs: Karaline Type 1 diabetes care and Aubre Davis Cleft Palette reconstructive surgery.
