It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ruth Futrell of Gilbertsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wilford Kenneth Futrell; her parents, Elmer Vaught and Maggie Todd Vaught; her daughters, Elaine Bebout and Teresa Johnston; and her granddaughter Misty Reynolds.
She is survived by: her sister Nell Haynes of Lebanon, Tennessee; her nieces, Martha Butler of Bethpage and Pat Dill of Ohio; her son-in-law Rick Johnston of Benton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Shawn Bebout of Smithland, Crystal Baker of Gilbertsville and Andrew Johnston of Benton; her great grandchildren, Hunter Bebout of Gilbertsville, Brittany Brewer of Mayfield, Desiree Reynolds of Calvert City, Mattie Bebout of Gilbertsville and Colden Baker; and her great great grandchildren, Eli Bebout, James Brewer, Collin Brewer, Clay Brewer, Everly Ann Reynolds and Ellie Bebout.
