He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Mae Heffington; and his daughter Robin Ree Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Rickey Joseph Osborne (Kani) and Michael Todd Osborne (Kelly) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Ryan Osborne of Melbourne, Rachel Osborne of Greenville, Jacob Osborne of Bowling Green and Loren; his sisters, Joyce Decker (William) and Donna Kirby (Donnie); and his friend BJ Moss of Lebanon, Tennessee.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
