She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Phillips; her parents, L. W. Nanney and Gladys Nanney (Nelson); her sons, Lynn B. Phillips and Mike Phillips; and her brother Nelson E. Nanney.

She is survived by: her sister Sue King of Calvert City; her grandchildren, Robert Faulkner of Calvert City, Stefanie Phillips of Calvert City and Jenny Lynn Phillips; and her great grandchild Walker Debes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
