He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansel Carpenter and Martha Morgan; his wife Juanita Skirvin Carpenter; and his sister Mary Ann Thompson. He is survived by: his son Greg Bullard (Lesa); his sisters, Elaine Lynns and Anna May Sharon; his grandson Matthew Bullard (Mariah); and his nieces and nephews, Pamela Bailey, Tina Sharon-Ensinger, Kimberly Barker, Jim Gullion, Mark Sparks and Gerald Sharon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Garnett-New Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Bluegrass Care Navigators or the Gallatin County Food Pantry.
