With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adam Erwin of Ghent, Kentucky, who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 38. He was predeceased by: his parent Leeroy Erwin; his grandmothers, Leeroy Erwin and Rosa "Rosie" Mack; and his stepgrandmother Mae Lewellyn. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Carriveau (Mahoney) of Ghent, KY.; his stepfather Wade Carriveau of Ghent, KY; his daughters, Kristen Erwin of Ghent, KY and Lilly Erwin of Warsaw, KY; his nephew Braiden Toole of Daphne, AL; his sister Andrea Schadd of Louisville, KY; and his grandfather Norman "Butch" Mack of Madison, IN..
