He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Sgt. Justin A. Scott and Cheyenne R. Scott; and his great grandchild Damien J. Scott. He is survived by: his stepfather Howard J. Davis; his wife Thelma Reynolds Scott; his sons, William E. Scott, Anthony C. Scott, Steven H. Scott and Brian D. Scott of Germantown; his sister Joyce A. Brown; his half-brothers, Dennis Scott, Keith Scott and Randall Scott; and his grandchildren, Joseph M. Scott, Samantha L. Evans, Matthew R. Scott, Brianna L. Scott, Cassidy S. Scott and Maria Hurtt.
