He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Berry and Nellie Taylor Berry Gentry; and his siblings, Carrol Berry, Alonzo Berry, James "Penny" Berry, Dollie Harris, Marie Lucas, Jane Yocum and Dodie Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Holland Berry; his children, Billy Wayne Berry (Nola) of Aberdeen, OH, Lisa Morris (Christopher) of Maysville, KY and Kenneth Aaron Berry of Germantown; his grandchildren, Billy Wayne Berry, Jr. (Tonya), Cynthia Ann Berry, Christopher Blade Morris and Stephen Hunter Morris; and his great grandchild Brady Berry.
