He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chain Kabler; his daughter Ashlee Nicole Cartmell (Clay) of Maysville; his granddaughter Audree Kay Cartmell; his sisters, Kimberly Rankin, Valorie Kabler and Patricia Combs; and his close friend Kyle Mullikin.
