She was predeceased by: her parents, Faris Vize and Goldie Vize (Colliver); her husband James Blevins; and her siblings, Gene Vize and Evelyn Bradford.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Blevins (Kathy) of Augusta, Clay Blevins (Eunice) of Augusta, Bill Blevins (Julie) of Falmouth and Pam Carpenter (Robin) of Minerva; and her grandchildren, Angie Boyd (Bill), Matt Blevins, Kevin Blevins (Elizabeth), Brycn Blevins, Jim Blevins (Crystal), Adam Carpenter (Kim), Kayla Williams (Brent), Steven Blevins and Dustin Blevins. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
