It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LeRoy Mingee Sr. of Germantown, Kentucky, born in Tollesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Mingee and Beatrice Rudd Mingee; his son Ricky Mingee; and his grandsons, Trent Bradford and Michael Mingee.
He is survived by: his wife Rowena Sue Gulley Mingee; his children, Kathy Ann Bradford, LeRoy Mingee, Jr. (Angie), Tamatha Stricklett (Jerry), Becky Bates (Bryon), Darrin Mingee (Leslie) and John Wesley Mingee (Heather); and his grandchildren, David, Dustin, Austin, Michelle, Adam, Ricky, Aaron, Scottie, Ashley, Justin, Sarah, Derek, Dillon, Hunter, Devon, Madison and Makayla. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great greatgrandchildren.
